The Ritz-Carlton Estate: is a private beach residence that offers and exclusive cove experience with a private beach and sunset views. It comfortably sleeps 6 adults and provides guests with a private pool and large sundeck, indoor and outdoor living spaces, and a full kitchen. The residence also offers guests a designated spa room for in-residence treatments, a private chef for in-residence dining, a dedicated Aris Meeha (personal butler), and a dedicated buggy for resort transportation.
Ocean Pool Villa: The Ocean Pool Villa features panoramic ocean views and comfortably sleeps two adults. Providing a seamless transition between indoors and out, the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors allow guests to take in breathtaking sunrise views. The villa also features an integrated infinity pool with sundeck, an overwater hammock for sunbathing and sea access, as well as a luxurious bathroom with indoor and outdoor rain showers.
Lagoon Pool Villa: The Lagoon Pool Villa provides incredible sunset views that guests can take in from the comfort of their lagoon-facing bed, infinity pool or overwater hammock. The villa comfortably sleeps two adults and provides floor-to-ceiling doors for endless blue lagoon views.
Beach Pool Villa | Sunset Beach Pool Villa: These villas offer guests direct access to a white- sand beach and stunning uninterrupted ocean views. The modern, minimalist design comfortably sleeps two adults and allows them to relax on the beach or on their own infinity pool with sundeck.

Summer Pavilion: Floating over the velvety lagoon, Summer Pavillon offers an intimate, 40-seat restaurant where modern Cantonese cuisine takes centre stage. Set within a lantern-inspired space, its dishes, including stir-fried lobster, are designed to be shared and paired with fine Chinese teas and selections from the extensive wine cellar. Its private dining room can host up to 10 guests.
IWAU: The Japanese translation of “to celebrate” Iwau is an honouring of Japanese flavours. Open to the night sky, the restaurant presents a lively Japanese Chef’s Table under the stars, serving creative fresh seafood and meat dishes, complemented by an extensive selection of Japanese sakes, whiskies and teas.
La Locanda: The spirit of Southern Italy comes alive at La Locanda. Here, morning is signalled by the aroma of rich espresso, Aperitivo hour arrives with the setting sun, and homemade pasta is a prelude to a leisurely evening ahead. The indoor-outdoor restaurant with an overwater dining area serves as the resort’s “living room”, where guests can settle into the library with a book on Italian fashion, embark on a culinary journey at the chef’s table or celebrate in the private dining room.
