The natural infusion method patented by L’Orbe allows unique combinations of ingredients that have been never used in the production of spirits before. Without chemical flavoring or additives, the technique preserves the natural integrity of caviar. All encapsulated in a pearl with a natural membrane entirely composed of water and algae, each grain of caviar delicately releases it’s best aromas in contact with vodka.

L’Orbe makes impossible pairings possible, creating unprecedented infusions, thanks to an encapsulation technology. Using a unique pairing technique without any chemical stabilization, flavouring or additives – preserving the natural integrity of the rarest ingredients.
L’Orbe set out to find methods of infusing and combining sensations that previously only existed in molecular cuisine. The team developed a technique to capture rare ingredients inside a sphere: the “orb”.
The ingredients are encapsulated in a glass vial using a unique pearl technology. The pearl protects the ingredient and enables all it’s flavours to infuse slowly into the spirit, without decay or detriment.
L’Orbe’s main goal was to source the finest ingredients. This quest for perfection led the team to Poland, where sturgeons thrive in remarkable artesian waters, and rye fields are cultivated under optimal weather conditions.
They chose a customised single estate vodka, made from Dankowski Diamond rye from Poland. Its creamy texture, smooth taste, nutty and sweet notes perfectly match the caviar’s essence.
Royal Baeri was chosen for its refined flavour, notes of fresh nuts and creamy texture. The Baeri pearls are delicate, with an evocative taste of the sea, and a delicate herbal taste evoking the richness of the woods.


L’Orbe’s subtle notes complement all types of seafood, including sushi & sashimi, smoked fish, lobster, crab, oysters, or langoustine. It also adds a unique layer of taste to white Chocolate, gazpacho, steak or tuna tartare, and wagyu beef.
