The hotel’s interiors were created by Brooklyn-based Cl-oth who fused mid-century modern and art-deco cues with a modern and industrial aesthetic. Incorporating elements such as end-grain wood tile flooring and polished concrete with jewel-toned plush furniture and gilded geometric motifs.
The in-house restaurant, set to launch in summer has been designed by Brooklyn native, Rik Homme of La Maison Prive who has extended a feeling of luxury throughout the hotel with a collection of bespoke candles offering a signature lavender based fragrance exclusive to The Tillary.

The Tillary’s visionary and current General Manager, Aliya Huey leaves a personalised monthly letter in all 174 rooms, inspired by the cultural feeling of the moment. This is a personal touch not often seen, that turns a hotel into a welcoming home. In the words of Christopher Wallace, one of Brooklyn’s most famous poets – ‘‘Spread love, it’s the Brooklyn way”.
