AdAstra Hotel Particuler is one of two hotels by new hoteliers on the Florentine block, Betty Soldi and husband Matteo Perduca. A couple who have a true understanding of sense of place, love of family and an undeniable flair for design, art and creating unique and joyful experiences for their discerning guests. This combined creativity has manifested in several business ventures that flow together authentically, just as they do with each other.
Betty Soldi, a published author and respected calligrapher has adorned her written art across the walls of both hotels and together with architects Francesco Maestrelli, husband Matteo Perduca and brother-in-law Marco they have expertly designed all seven rooms on the main first floor of the villa, and two immersed in the Torrigiani garden in Oltrarno.
All our rooms have a different look and feel, each personalised in its own way. The furnishings throughout combine original Italian design pieces from the ’50s, ’60s and ’70s with touches of Florentine tradition flavoured with elements from distant travels, lighting and objects produced by local artisans and craftsmen, alongside a sprinkling of Anglo-American pop. All bedrooms have a roll top baht to complete the individual experience

The highlight of AdAstra Hotel Particuler is the spectacular terrace overlooking the largest private garden in Florence. The mansion is still partly occupied by an ancestral family. If that is not grand enough for you, head over to Soprano Suites and bathe in the same tub as Helena Bonham Carter who is a return guest when in Florence.
Both AdAstra Hotel Particuler and Soprano Suites make wonderful places to stay when in the historic city of Florence.
